ALCHEMY UNLOCKED - The Devil's Flower is Blooming

Dearest littlings,

Today we unlocked a very special Stretch Goal.
Household II and A Saga of the Long Winter will have their own modules on ALCHEMY, our favorite VTT platform.

But that's not all, because thanks to the cooperation of the great guys at Alchemy, we managed to extend this incredible Stretch Goal to returning backers from previous 2LM Campaigns!



SO, WHO'S GONNA GET WHAT? <-- Please read carefully


  • Every Backer of this campaign will receive the Alchemy Modules for the books/PDFs that are part of the Pledge Level. If you are an Household Hero, you will receive all the Alchemy Modules. If you are a Garden Hero, you will only receive Modules for Household II and A Saga of the Long Winter.

  • If you buy any additional Household book as add-on during this campaign, you will also get the relevant Alchemy Modules for it. You will only receive 1 access to each of the Modules, regardless of how many copies of the same book you buy. 

  •  If you backed the original Household campaign on Kickstarter, or the Adventures in the Household (5E) campaign, you will also receive the Alchemy Modules for the books that are part of your Pledge Levels on those campaigns.

  • Exceptionally, if you selected Household as add-on during the Outgunned Adventure campaign, you will also receive the relevant Alchemy Modules once they are out.

Please note that the Alchemy Module have yet to be released, and we'll update you on the ETA as soon as we can.

Please also note that this is a one-time exception. Please understand that, although we are more than happy to share Alchemy Modules for free with all our fans and friends, it will not always be possible for us to extend a Stretch Goal from a single campaign to all the previous 2LM campaigns.

320.000 - THE GIANT DEVIL'S FLOWER MANTIS

We will unlock a new Colossal Beast, the Giant Devil's Flower Mantis. This creature loves to lurk in the Backyard, disguised as a colorful flower. More often than not, when littlings can spot the Devil's Flower Mantis, it is already too late to run.

KING FROG JACK + Alchemy VTT

Dearest littlings,

It is with my greatest pleasure that I inform you that on our fifth day of campaign, we unlocked a Frog's Favor (and the Frog Coin!).
That means it's about time we introduce you to the colossal amphibian we call King Frog Jack




FROG FACT#4
King Frog Jack (K.F.J.) is a sentient Colossal Beast. One of a handful of animals who can actually speak the language of littlings, and is able to think and act just as we do. But how is that even possible? Nobody really knows. Scholars of the House speculate that this phenomenon is somehow related to the Domain Contract. Apparently, those Colossal Beasts who have enough influence or control a sufficiently vast hunting ground, are considered "owners" of the Garden. This grants them a great Contractual Power, which in turn allows them to be just somewhat more than regular beasts.
You learn something new every day, huh?!

Anyway, K.F.J. is truly one of a kind, and since he's been nominated King of the Fountain, he has become more and more intelligent, just like a littling. Today he lives in Frogstone Keep, surrounded by a court of young and beautiful faeries, and guarded by the Great Imperial Army as one of the most important nobles of the Realm.

K.F.J.'s favorite color is blue.

The Frog Favor will be a new special Contract added to Household Volume II, but will also come with an exclusive Triangular Metal Coin.
This coin will serve as a token for those littlings who are lucky enough to receive a Favor from the Frog.










WHAT'S NEXT?

310.000 - ALCHEMY VTT 

Every Backer will receive a free code to access the Alchemy Module of every book they've got in their Pledge Level (physical or PDF).
So if you are a Household Hero, you will receive ALL the Alchemy Modules. If you are a Garden Hero, you will receive all the new ones, and so on.
This is a great gift from the amazing guys at Alchemy, so please make sure to thank them if you get the chance!

If you are wondering about adding one of the books as add-on, this might be the best moment to do it. Because for every book you add as add-on, you will not only receive the hardcover book, but also the PDF AND the ALCHEMY MODULE!

Tutorial Unlocked! Next stop: The Frog Coin

Just a quick update to inform you that we just reached €290.000, and we finally unlocked the Video Tutorial! This bring us one step closer to reaching our next Achievement: A Frog's Favor!

We'll make a video tutorial about how to make your Character Advance from Volume I to Volume II while taking full advantage of all the additional Moves and Traits, and how to make an already Advanced Character to play directly in Volume II.

FROG FACT#3
King Frog Jack lives at Frogstone Keep, a well guarded fortress on the far (from the House) side of the Fountain.
A special garrison of the Great Imperial Army is designated to protect K.F.J. and the other inhabitants of Frogstone. During the Long Winter, this garrison was under the command of the Grand Captain of the Goldenbacks, General Valentine Du Lampe.

3 NEW ANIMAL HANDLER VOCATIONS

3 new Vocations for Animal Handlers will be added to Household Volume II. One of this Vocations will be The Protector, like our good fae Cora Idalia. And let's not forget little Lyra on her shoulder!

A FROG'S FAVOR

Exactly 48 hours after launch, we just reached €260.000 and we unlocked our 16th Stretch Goal. WHAT A START!

THE FAVOR

A new KIND of Contract will be added to Household Volume II.
A Favor is a very special kind of Contract that a Beast (usually a Colossus) can make with a littling who saved their life, or who helped them with something extremely important. Once in their lifetime, the littling can use the Favor to call the Beast, and ask for its help. Pretty impressive.

FROG FACT #1
The Frog played a crucial role during the Battle of Quillwater, and in fact many believe that the army of littlings would've lost the battle without its help.
For that reason, the Frog was appointed the title of "King of the Fountain" by Empress Arcadia Oberonovna herself.
Therefore, from know on, we shall refer to it as KING FROG.
